Founded in 1967, Varda–Zartak Manufacturing & Trading Group is a group of five manufacturing, trading, and distribution companies dedicated to producing and supplying safe, high-quality, and standardized food products.
As the first manufacturer of hygienic vinegar in Iran, Varda has been a pioneer in the country’s food industry for more than five decades. Throughout its history, the Group has remained committed to quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. This unwavering commitment has made Varda a trusted household name, to the extent that generations of consumers have embraced the well-known saying:
“Vinegar Means Varda.”
Varda–Zartak is also proud to be the first manufacturer of hygienic and standardized Balsamic Vinegar in Iran. Produced under strict quality control and in full compliance with food safety standards, Varda Balsamic Vinegar has been awarded the prestigious Health Apple Certification by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, reflecting the company’s commitment to product quality, consumer safety, and excellence.

Our Product Portfolio
Our product range includes:
- Red and White Vinegars in hygienic packaging from 500 ml to 5 L, suitable for everyday cooking, seasoning, pickling, and professional use.
- Apple Cider Vinegar in 500 ml and 2 L
- Date Vinegar in 500 ml
- Date Syrup Vinegar in 500 ml
- Balsamic Vinegar in 250 ml and 500 ml glass bottles.
